Do I need to be an athlete to come here?

Not at all. Our members range from busy professionals to parents, athletes, retirees, and people managing chronic pain or recovery from injury. Every modality is designed to meet you where you are.

How does membership work?

Memberships are available in Individual, Couples, and Family tiers, in both Unlimited and Basic packages. Unlimited starts at $149.99/month for one person and includes all eight modalities. Memberships are month-to-month with no lock-in, and you can cancel anytime from the link in your Vagaro subscription email or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What should I bring or do before my first visit?

Shower beforehand to remove oils, lotions, and makeup. Bring a bathing suit, water shoes (if you do not have them, we sell them on site), comfortable clothing, and a change of clothes, water, a book, and contact solution if needed. For Hyperbaric sessions, bring gum.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome anytime during open hours. Booking online ahead is recommended to guarantee your slot for Float Spa, PEMF, and Hyperbaric sessions. Please call first if possible to ensure we are open.

What is your signature wellness flow?

Start with Hyperbaric (HBOT) if you're using any heat modality. Then Compression Boots → PEMF → Infrared Sauna → Cold Plunge → Full Body Red Light Therapy. Finish with the Float Spa for the deepest relaxation. The order matters, each modality enhances the next.

Are these safe for daily use?

Compression Boots, Cold Plunge, Salt Room, and Full Body Red Light Therapy can all be used daily. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Float Spa are best limited to 1–2 times per week for optimal results.

I'm claustrophobic, can I still try the Float Spa or Hyperbaric Chamber?

Yes. Both the Float Spa pod and Hyperbaric Chamber can be opened from the inside at any time. You are never trapped, and we'll walk you through everything before your first session.

What if I'm just visiting Buckeye?

Do you offer IV therapy, stem cell, or massage?

Yes — all by appointment. IV Therapy is provided on-site by Modwella (Kellie, 860-368-7808 — text preferred). Stem Cell Therapy is on-site by appointment via Regenerative Revival (Reggie Lynch, 612-750-1610). Massage is four minutes away by appointment via AZ Starbody (Leanne, 623-418-5554).

We are open: Mon, Tues, Thu, Fri 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM · Wed 4:00 – 7:00 PM · Sat 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM · Sun 1:00pm – 5:00 PM. Hours subject to change — please call first if you are going to be a walk-in.
